Let me catch you up on my journey.I found long ago that I LOVE pictures. I love looking at them , I love framing them and I love taking them. Turns out, without any formal training, I wasn't too bad. Most of my pics were "fine" but every now and again a fabulously artistic one would happen on accident. As I began to refine my process and upgrade my equipment, I found that I was getting better and better by the week. My first customer came in June of 2011--my brother. With a new engagement, I offered to take pictures for their wedding present. We started with engagements, them the wedding.
I did pretty well and shortly after than began taking more and more pictures for family and friends. I began branding my pictures with my own logo, even! Finally I stopped taking my boys to a real photographer and started to take my own pics! With my first "paying" customer this past week, I am feeling pretty bold.
